At Blue Wave, we want you to be completely satisfied with your aquatic gear and swimwear purchases. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, our hassle-free returns and exchanges policy makes it easy to put things right.

Our Returns Promise

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be in their original condition with tags attached and packaging intact.

Important Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on swimwear (including bikinis, tankinis, and beach swimwear) that has been removed from its original packaging or shows signs of wear.

How to Return or Exchange an Item

Step 1: Submit Your Request

Email our customer service team at [email protected] with your return or exchange request within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the template below to ensure we have all the information we need:

Step 2: Receive Return Instructions

Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you with return instructions including:

  • Return shipping address
  • Any special packaging requirements
  • Your unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Pack your item securely in its original packaging, include the RMA number clearly visible on the package, and ship to the address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as you’re responsible for the item until it reaches us.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Timing: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days
  • Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Amount: You’ll receive a refund for the item price minus any original shipping costs (unless the return is due to our error)

Exchange Process

For exchanges:

  • We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive your return
  • If the exchange item is of higher value, you’ll need to pay the difference
  • If the exchange item is of lower value, we’ll refund the difference

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

  • Swimwear (bikinis, tankinis, beach swimwear) with removed tags or packaging
  • Briefs (underwear)
  • Used or opened personal care items

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange a free return and replacement at no cost to you.

International Returns

Customers outside the UK are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties. We recommend declaring the package as a “returned item” to potentially reduce customs fees.
