I forgot my password. What should I do?

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Shipping & Delivery

What are my shipping options?
We offer two shipping methods to match your needs:
  1. Standard Shipping (£12.95) – Like choosing freestyle for speed, this option uses DHL or FedEx with delivery in 10-15 days after dispatch.
  2. Free Shipping – Our relaxing backstroke option uses EMS with delivery in 15-25 days after dispatch, available for orders over £50.
How long does order processing take?
We typically process orders within 1-2 business days before dispatch. During peak seasons, processing may take slightly longer.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide (excluding select Asian and remote regions). All orders are shipped from our UK headquarters in Brighton & Hove. Please note that international deliveries may be subject to customs fees depending on your country’s regulations.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, we’ll send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this to follow your package’s journey, just like tracking laps in the pool!

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We offer a 15-day return policy from the delivery date. Items must be unused, in their original packaging with all tags attached. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [email protected].
How do I return an item?
  1. Contact our customer service within 15 days of receiving your order
  2. We’ll provide return instructions and a return authorization number
  3. Package the item securely with the original packaging
  4. Ship the item back to us (return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility)
  5. Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund
How long does it take to process a refund?
Once we receive your returned item, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider.
Can I exchange an item?
We currently don’t offer direct exchanges. For a different size or color, please return the original item (following our return policy) and place a new order for the item you want.

  • Avoid wringing out – gently squeeze water out instead

Are your waterproof products fully submersible?
Water resistance varies by product. Please check the product specifications for depth ratings and usage instructions. Our dry boxes, for example, are perfect for surface water sports but may not be suitable for deep diving.
